HQ Office: The tower is gaining height!
While the foundation for Office Tower 1 was laid in the spring using bored piles approximately 10 meters long, the building's shell is now rising steadily. After the first floor was poured, we switched from cast-in-place concrete to precast concrete elements and accelerated the pace: one of the 13 floors is completed every two weeks until we reach a height of approximately 55 meters.
In parallel, earthworks have recently started for the spacious parking garage, which will offer over 500 covered parking spaces.
