Our site in Kirchbichl is a hive of activity. Anyone looking out over the construction site these days can see a forward-looking project becoming a reality step by step. Currently, five projects are underway here simultaneously.
Here’s the latest status report straight from the construction site:
Logistics North: We’re entering the home stretch! At Balmung Medical’s future central warehouse, shelving installation is being completed, while the first test runs are already scheduled and final preparations for commissioning are underway.
Logistics South: Construction of Balmung Medical’s replenishment warehouse is proceeding exactly according to plan: The building envelope is complete, rough-in work is in full swing, and interior finishing has recently begun.
Klinkerhalle: A piece of history is being preserved and revitalized: The demolition of the historic hall is complete. Currently, the roof is being replaced, and at the same time, the structural work for the new addition is underway. A modern heavy-duty hall is being built here for a major Tyrolean industrial company.
Office Tower (The Heart of the Complex): Construction on Office Tower 1 will soon take off! Next up is the concrete pour for the floor above the ground floor; the structure up to and including the second floor will be built using cast-in-place concrete. After that, construction will rapidly rise using a special crane over 60 meters tall and a modular construction method. The shell of this striking tower (ground floor + 12 stories) will be completed by spring 2027!
Parking Garage: Preparations are underway: Excavation has begun. Starting in fall 2026, the parking garage—which will accommodate over 500 covered parking spaces—will be built in parallel with the office building.
