In recent weeks, continuous progress<\/strong> has been made on the construction site: the structural shell has been completed, and a large portion of the fa\u00e7ade and roofing works are finished. The new logistics center for the future tenant Balmung Medical is clearly taking shape. <\/p>

This provided an excellent opportunity for a site visit<\/strong> with part of the Balmung workforce. During this visit, employees were able to gain insight into a key component of Balmung\u2019s future operational infrastructure. The curiosity and anticipation were particularly evident among logistics and warehouse staff, whose future workplace is being created here. <\/p>

What can they expect?<\/p>

\u2022 A high-bay warehouse with a height of nearly 20 meters
\u2022 Approximately 18,000 pallet storage locations for exceptionally high storage capacity
\u2022 Significantly more efficient logistics processes
\u2022 Spacious office and social areas providing outstanding workplace quality<\/p>
